Welcome to the donations and payments page for the South-Central Synod of Wisconsin-ELCA. In addition to making online payments for events, and other requests please consider donating to the synod. Your donations allow us to continue to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with our local communities and beyond. Donations are accepted via check or credit card online. You can set-up recurring donations online as well using a credit card or automatic ACH withdrawals from your bank account.
As a synod we expand our mission through your support. ELCA members recently gave $1.7 billion in unrestricted offerings to support God’s mission and ministry.When you give through your congregation or to the synod, a percentage of that money (determined by each congregation/ministry) is shared as Mission Support with the South-Central Synod of Wisconsin and the national “churchwide” organization. The South-Central Synod of Wisconsin sends __ cents of each dollar received to the churchwide organization for ministry nationally and globally. In the ELCA, we call these funds Mission Support.
