Prayer
In the spirit of love & care for one another, a Synod Prayer Team was created in 2019. Initially, we focused on prayers for our rostered ministers and their loved ones. We continue to pray for the needs and requests of our Synod staff, praying for them and the events they are involved in. Through time, we’ve grown to provide a Circle of Prayers for all God’s Children. We lift up personal requests as well as topics and issues of concern, including those of our synod, congregations, communities, state, national and global areas.
An important part of our team is that we develop relationships with each other and grow in our faith through what we share! We add personal prayers for our team members out of concern and caring for each other and our families. During our monthly meetings, our time together includes: a brief check-in, a devotion, and time for prayer.
The members of the Synod Prayer Team are: Karen Julesberg, Diane Padrutt, Klover Schafer, and Rev. Mark Teslik.

Please consider joining the prayer team! We are open to new voices and ideas.
Currently we meet by zoom on the second Thursday of each month, from 1:00-2:00.
