LEAD 2025

In the afternoon during LEAD, we will feature workshops (50 minutes long) to help participants deepen their understanding and skills in fostering meaningful partnerships within their ministries and communities.We are seeking facilitators who are passionate about equipping pastors and lay leaders with practical tools and ideas related to our theme. Workshops should include:

  • Engaging content relevant to the theme.
  • Practical takeaways for participants to apply in their contexts.
  • Interactive components to foster discussion and participation.

Potential Workshop Topics:

  1. Building Cross-Cultural Partnerships in Ministry
  2. Nurturing Healthy Conflict Resolution in Relationships
  3. Partnering for Community Outreach and Mission
  4. Developing Lay Leadership for Collaborative Ministry
  5. Cultivating Emotional Intelligence for Deeper Connections
  6. Thriving in Adaptive Leadership Together
  7. Building Inclusive Communities Through Relationship
  8. Strategic Partnerships in Small Group Ministry

We welcome additional ideas, provided they align with the theme and structure.

Please note: While we appreciate all submissions, we have a limited number of workshop slots available. Not all proposals may be selected, but we value and will carefully consider every idea shared.

  1. Your workshop title and a brief description (2-3 sentences).
  2. A short bio about yourself and your facilitation experience.
  3. Any materials or equipment you will require.
