Hosted by the Lutheran Office for Public Policy in Wisconsin and the South-Central Synod of Wisconsin Care for God’s Creation Ministry Team. This is a time of information and learning about the good things that are happening in our area related to the environment.
What in Wisconsin is cutting-edge for the country? Where do I begin in accessing renewable energy for my home, business or nonprofit? What kinds of rebates and other assistance are available? How can I advocate for caring for creation throughout my state? Address these questions and more. This is a free event and is open to the public!
Our keynote speaker will be Dane County Executive Joe Parisi and will be moderated by Chief Meteorologist Bob Lindmeier. Panelists include representatives from the City of Madison, City of Middleton, Oregon School District, Advent Lutheran Church, and Renew Wisconsin
We’ll also have display tables from several groups including Renew Wisconsin, Green Muslims, Wisconsin Power & Light
