The Congregational Life Associate - First Evangelical (Beaver Dam)
The Congregational Life Associate will be responsible to support, advocate for and develop a ministry with members of the church to nurture faith and a spirit of Christian community. General responsibilities include the development of a long-term vision and philosophy of cross generational ministry, promote youth ministry and communicate with families, support fellowship and service events, work as a team member with other leaders in the church and bridge activities, facilitate mission trips, and manage budgets for our youth. On-call Status Chaplain - Oakwood Village University Woods - Madison (west side.) This person will be under the general supervision of the Campus Chaplain. Chaplain provides a campus-wide pastoral care ministry in connection with the Life Enrichment Department, and in accordance with the philosophy and objectives of Oakwood. Director of Children, Youth and Family Ministries - Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, Walworth.
This person is responsible for administration and management of children, youth, and family ministries with oversight of Pastor and support from the Youth Education Committee. This position includes responsibility for Christian Education Classes on Wednesday nights, Vacation Bible School (VBS), supporting programing for junior and senior high youth, and events for multi-generations. Regular attendance at staff meetings as well as Sunday morning worship and Wednesday night worship, when offered, is expected. This position serves as administrative support and ministry partner to Senior Pastor and lay administrative leadership and plays a key role in vision communication and implementation through social media and for weekly worship.
