Please use the registration form below to sign-up for classes. Please complete all of the required contact information fields. You may register then for either the entire offering of courses on a particular track (A / B) or for individual classes.

After you submit your registration; if you wish to pay your tuition online please return to the main Diakona page on the synod website HERE and click on the “Online Payment” link; payment by check is also be available.
